She started her legal career with Cantey Hanger in 2003 where she worked for them for four years. She focused her work during those years on commercial and business litigation matters such as breach of contract disputes, trademark infringement, construction litigation, personal injury defense, insurance defense, worker’s compensation defense, and public utility defense.

After leaving Cantey Hanger in 2007, she went to work as Of Counsel for Moses, Palmer & Howell, LLP for eight years. She focused there on family law matters such as complex divorce and property settlement; domestic, international, and interstate custody matters; partition agreements; child support; adoptions; paternity; grandparent’s rights; and modifications and collaborative law. She also worked with business and commercial litigation defense.

She has also worked for the real estate giant Jones Lang LaSalle in New Jersey and Arlington, Texas in the marketing department. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University. She earned her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan School of Law where she was awarded the MacLean & Boulware “Outstanding Student of the Year” scholarship in 2003.

She has been awarded three times by the Fort Worth Texas Magazines as Top Attorney in family law and selected three times by the Texas Super Lawyers as a Texas Rising Star. Cesare is also actively engaged in community work, including with the Greater Forth Worth Commercial Real Estate Women. She is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and served as the Board of Director from 2012-2013.
