JIB Advisors is a strategic consulting firm that works on hedge funds, private partnerships, capital allocators, and portfolio managers. Bohrer also worked for AIG as General Counsel of their institutional broker dealer and for Level Global Investors, L.P. as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.
Bohrer has knowledge of building, operating, monetizing, and completely using a successful commercial enterprise as a fiduciary and client. He will focus his practice on giving clients practical advice on white collar defense, SEC/DOJ investigations, regulatory and enterprise risk assessment and management, reputational matters, press relations, crisis management, fund formation, partnership issues, counterparty relationships, compensation and HR problems, portfolio transactions, strategic deals and combinations, and investor activism.
