The world’s largest employment and labor law firm that represents management has expanded to an office in Austin, Texas. Three shareholders from the Dallas office, Steve McCown, Kevin Mullen, Allan King will be opening the new office. Littler has an office in Houston and one in Dallas with a total of over 70 attorneys.

The new Littler Austin office will open September 1^st. The three attorneys McCown, Mullen and King are certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in labor and employment law.

McCown was the co-founder of the Dallas office and served as the office managing shareholder. He has been practicing for over 35 years and is the current chair of the Workplace Safety and Health Practice Group at the firm. The Group works with employers in Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Mine Safety and Health Administration. He received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.

King is co-chair of the Class Actions Practice Group at the firm. He is well known for his abilities as a class action lawyer. He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also served as an economics professor. He received his Ph.D. from Cornell University.

Mullen earned his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas and his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University. He works closely with clients on in construction, retail, automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, sales, technology, and more. He is particularly experienced in Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
