Summary: A man claimed he had no idea how a vibrator got in his pants while he was shopping in a sex store.
According to the Huffington Post, an Illinois man accused of stealing a vibrator from a sex store in Orland Park apparently is no fan of President Obama’s.
On a Miranda rights consent form, Christopher Hucko, 44, signed his name as “Obama is a criminal.”
A former Oklahoma officer has been arrested for sexual acts with a minor.
Hucko was arrested in July after an employee at Lover’s Lane saw him wandering around the store with a $48 vibrator concealed in his pants.
When officers arrived on the scene, Hucko was attempting to leave the store “with a large bulge in his pants.”
An officer asked Hucko whether he was stealing the vibrator or was just happy to see a police officer. Officers asked Hucko what he had put in his pants, and Hucko allegedly responded, “My penis,” according to NY Daily News. Hucko also said “that he had a tattoo of a cherry on his penis and asked me if I wanted to see it.”
The officers searched Hucko, and found a “G-Spot Delight Vibrator” under his underwear. Hucko had apparently selected a pink model, but he told officers he had no clue how it got in his pants.
A former judge allegedly created fake sex-for-hire ads to get back at his ex-girlfriends.
Law enforcement officers also found marijuana and a pipe on Hucko’s person.
After being taken to a holding cell, Hucko stripped down to his birthday suit and made negative remarks about Obama. Later, he signed the Miranda rights form with his newly adopted name.
Hucko has been charged with retail theft, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. All charges are misdemeanors. According to the Smoking Gun, the vibrator was not taken into evidence by the police.
A pair convicted for having sex on a public beach were sentenced in May.
This is not Hucko’s first encounter with the law. In March of 2012, he was accused of stealing an electric scooter from a local grocery store.
