Over 20 factors were considered when looking at each legal recruiter agency, such as the number of years the agency have been in operation, the number of offices, Google page rank, Tweet grade, number of followers, Facebook shares, Facebook likes, and many more.
Ultimately, LawCrossing was looking to see which legal recruiters were catering to their clients, including having a separate legal recruitment department. When the legal recruiters have a strong relationship with their clients and law firms, they have better chances of success.
There are over 250 legal recruiters in the U.S. ranked on the list. The top five are as follows in order: BCG Attorney Search, Robert Half Legal, Michael Page International Inc, Lucas Group, and Green Key Resources.
