Summary: While rape is not something to joke about, it can be hard for some to not point out that an eye for an eye is the sentence that pedophiles get for raping children outside of prison – they, in return, get raped in prison.
Don’t feel too bad for those that molest and sexually abuse innocent children. They will get their due treatment in prison, as the NY Post pointed out on their headline today shaming Subway’s Jared Fogle. Lucky for Fogle, he only has to be in prison between 5 and 12.5 years for his heinous crimes due to the terms of his plea deal with prosecutors. Fogle could have faced up to 50 years in prison for the two charges.
While our beloved President Obama has asked the media to stop pointing fun at the fact that rape happens in prison because rape is a serious thing to joke about, the editors at the NY Post don’t care. They went with the easy chuckle of a footlong joke to mock the Subway pitchman. Commenters and critics of the headline point out that Fogle can only expect a 6 inch in prison.
Fogle planned his business trips while he was the spokesman for Subway and when promoting his foundation to align with his sexual activities, which include engaging in sex with underage prostitutes in New York and acquiring child porn from his foundations former director.

Not only has Fogle ruined his career and foundation, he will be required to be pay $100,000 to 14 underage victims for a total of $1.4 million. He will be required to register as a sex offender wherever he goes after prison and must participate in treatment for sexual disorders. Let’s hope the treatments work.
