In a press release from Schiff Hardin, they announced that Tracey R. Wallace will be joining their firm in the Labor and Employment practice. She will be joining the Dallas office from Jackson Walker LLP.
Wallace’s expertise in labor and employment law makes her a valuable addition for the firm. She is well versed in representing clients in cases that contain race discrimination, excessive force, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and adverse possession issues. Her specialties include labor arbitrations, employee relations, labor negotiations, complex class action litigation, wage and hour class, and collective action litigation, Title VII, ADA, Section 1981, ADEA, and non-compete litigation.
She has also conducted investigations, provided training for lawyers and human resources personnel, and drafted personnel policies and procedures. She currently serves as a National Board Member for the Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, which is a nonprofit organization that aims to conduct impact litigation and education for the LGBT community.
