Summary: Today I am going to share a few of my favorite shoulder exercises to help you build stronger shoulders, which are so important for everyday movements!

Shoulders are one of my biggest weaknesses, which means I know I need to work on them! The shoulders are made up of three different muscles, and it’s important to work all three of them!
