This just in: The jurors in the Dewey & LeBouef case have submitted a note saying they’re deadlocked. New York Law Journal reports the jury is divided on nearly all of the 100 charges faced by the 3 executives.
According to New York Law Journal, Acting Supreme Court Justice Robert Stoltz has ordered the jurors to keep deliberating. The judge says he will respond to their note tomorrow morning.
The three former execs are facing dozens of counts each, including charges of conspiracy, falsifying records, and grand larceny.
