Khloe’s estranged husband, former NBA star Lamar Odom, has been transferred from a Nevada hospital to Los Angeles so he can continue treatment after a drug overdose at a brothel in Nevada. In recent days, Odom has suffered multiple strokes and organ failure from a 3-day drug binge at the brothel. In the wake of this news, it appears Kourtney is now rethinking her own relationship with ex Scott Disick.
Khloe and Disick officially split this past summer and are sharing custody of their three children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months. But Kourtney had an emergency meeting with her lawyer this past week to change that arrangement. She wants temporary, full custody until Disick can get his addiction problems under control.
Disick recently checked into a patient rehab program with a minimum stay of 30 days, but sources say he has been urged to stay 90 days. According to multiple news sources, he has been in touch with the Kardashian family frequently since Lamar’s overdose.

Kourtney is not opposed to Disick spending time with their kids. A source says, “If Scott gets sober and stays sober Kourtney will allow Scott to spend as much time with the kids as he wants. They love their daddy.” Until then she does not want her children to be exposed to any dangerous or scary situations.
