Fox Rothschild will become a leader in the Minneapolis market with this merger and the Philadelphia office will become one of their largest. They will now have offices in 12 states. They have recently added a gaming, corporate, litigation, and real estate team of attorneys in Chicago. In 2014, they merged with the 18-lawyer firm David & Goodman PC in Dallas.
