Donald passed gas the morning of December 11th in their bed, causing the first elbow jab from Dawn. He continued to pass gas so she kicked him out of bed. Donald was allowed back into bed but continued to pass gas, apparently erupting an immense anger in Dawn.

She started kicking and elbowing him over and over again so Donald was forced to hold her down for his own safety. He ended up with several six to eight inch scratches across his chest and she ended up with a split lip. Dawn told police, “He did not punch me. He was restraining me and somehow my lip got split open.”

Dawn was the one to call 911 but she also was the one to use pepper spray on her husband to keep him out of the bathroom. She will now face misdemeanor charges for elbowing, kicking, and scratching her husband. She was arrested and taken to St. Lucie County jail and was later released.
