Summary: The former model, Chloe Goins, has removed her civil lawsuit against comedian Bill Cosby since a lack of evidence exists to support her claims.
The most recent allegation against Bill Cosby has been dropped. Former model Chloe Goins accused the comedian of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office was unwilling to file criminal charges against Cosby, leaving Goins to release her complaint against Cosby. Her attorney filed the voluntary dismissal paperwork the same day that Cosby appeared in a Pennsylvania court to face aggravated indecent assault charges from 2004.
Cosby Gets One Court Ruling to Go His Way
In another alleged incident at the Playboy Mansion, Cosby was required to give a second deposition for the lawsuit filed by Judy Huth. She claimed she was sexually assaulted by Cosby back in 1974 when she was 15 years old. Cosby has adamantly denied all the allegations that have arisen from over 50 women over sexual assault and misconduct.
Cosby Slapped with Criminal Assault Charge
Goins was 18 when she claims that she became sick after consuming a drink given to her by Cosby. She alleges that he then took her into another room where she became unconscious, awakening later to find her clothes removed and Cosby biting one of her toes and her breasts “wet and sticky.”

A lack of evidence for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office to use prevented them from being able to pursue charges. Neither Goins nor Cosby were spotted on exterior cameras at the mansion plus evidence surfaced that Cosby was in New York on the weekend of the party. His name was not on the guest list for any events at the mansion that summer.
