A good recruiter knows how to talk up their attorneys while still remaining legal. They can find skills or experiences that set the attorney apart and would make them a good candidate for a position at a law firm if the law firm is willing to open their eyes and look. Many of the top law firms are stubborn and won’t consider an attorney unless they all of a sudden feel that the attorney is being sought after by other top law firms. They feel like they are missing out on something special and immediately jump into the game.
