There seems to be a something in the air that young women are catching, making them think that having sex with pets is a good idea. A South Carolina family’s pet was subjected to sexual abuse after 23-year-old Hannah Marie Haynes filmed herself having sex with the dog. Just days before her arrest, a Naples, Florida 21-year-old woman was also charged with performing sexual acts with her two dogs.

Haynes of Chesnee, South Carolina sent the video she filmed herself to a friend, who then turned it into the police. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department investigated and made the arrest. The arrest warrant stated that she “did carnally copulate against the natural order” by “performing sexual acts with a Dachshund canine.” She was released on $5,000 bond.
The Florida woman, Miranda Johns, was arrested after her boyfriend showed the police videos and photos of her having oral sex with the dogs. He was being investigated for a sexual battery accusation. Johns was charged with three counts of engaging in sexual conduct with an animal and released on $6,000 bond. Johns claims that her boyfriend encouraged her and was looking to find a bigger dog for her to have sex with.

The incidences of this kind of crude conduct are becoming more common. A year ago, an 18-year-old woman from Florida was arrested after taking “selfies” of herself engaging in sexual conduct with a pit bull. Another Florida woman was accused in 2012 of having sex with a dog while in Arizona. She was later accused of having sex with a teenage boy in Florida as well.
