Summary: A list of the top 100 law firms for female attorneys has been produced by Law360.
Law360 collected data to put together their 2015 Glass Ceiling Report to better understand the environment of law firms. Based on their findings, they have ranked the 100 best law firms for women to work at.
The report shows that a third of attorneys and only 22 percent of partners at U.S. law firms are women. Many of the firms that Law360 has included have the number of female nonpartners outnumbering male.
The top two firms on the list – Adelson Testan Novell Brundo & Jimenez and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP – have women comprising over 54 percent of nonpartners, 49 percent of partners, and 40 percent of equity partners. Adelson Testan is based in California but has offices across the country. They strive to have an atmosphere of diversity. Fragomen Del Rey is an immigration focused law firm based in New York City.
