Summary: In a new lawsuit filed this week, Chloe Goins is going after Bill Cosby again for sexual battery and is also dragging Hugh Hefner into the lawsuit.
The drama hasn’t ended in the whole Bill Cosby sexual assault fiasco. An incident that Chloe Goins claims happened at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 is back in the courts with a new lawsuit against the comedian.
Goins formally filed for a dismissal of her federal lawsuit against Cosby three months ago but she is back fighting with all her might. Now she is claiming sexual battery and gender violence among other reasons. She is even bringing legendary Hugh Hefner into the fight, naming him as a defendant.
Hefner has been accused of negligent infliction of emotional distress and conspiracy. The court document reads, “Defendant HEFNER’s actions of inviting and hosting young and impressionable and possible minor children to his residence, and providing alcoholic beverages and or foreign substances was negligent at the very least. Additionally, his act of inviting or housing and introducing Defendant COSBY, the Defendant HEFNER knew or should have known had a history of severe and serial sexual battery and or possibly rape of women was negligent at the very least, and Defendant HEFNER knew or should have known such actions would lead to harm of his invitees and Plaintiff.”

Goins claims to have been drugged and sexually abused nearly eight years ago at the mansion. She says Cosby handed her a drink, lost consciousness, and then awoke to his mouth on her toes while touching himself. He left after she said she was uncomfortable.
With the dismissal of the first lawsuit, it was assumed a settlement had been reached but had a “without prejudice” clause allowing her to sue him again.
