Summary: Casey Anthony’s defense attorney Jose Baez is fighting back against the scandalous allegations made against him.
Attorney Jose Baez doesn’t like the new allegations against him, and now he’s fighting back. On Tuesday, Radar Online released sworn testimony from a private investigator who alleged Baez knew his client Casey Anthony killed her daughter and that she paid him with sexual favors. The investigator said he heard Baez tell Anthony to give him “three blowjobs” and that he saw her naked in Baez’s office.

To recap, Anthony stood trial and was found not guilty for murdering her three-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2011.
Baez told PEOPLE that he disputes all allegations from the private investigator, Dominic Casey.
“I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for my legal services with Ms. Anthony,” Baez said in a statement. “I further unequivocally and categorically deny having any sexual relationship with Ms. Anthony whatsoever.”
Baez added that his practice is consistent with the ethics set forth by the Florida Bar, and he promised to pursue legal action.
P.I. Casey made these allegations during Anthony’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case in January. However, only now has his statements been released to the public.
But this isn’t the first time Casey has voiced his concerns about Casey Anthony and Jose Baez. According to PEOPLE, the investigator stated in a 2011 deposition that he wasn’t sure the body found near Anthony’s house belonged to Caylee. He also gave “several theories about Caylee’s disappearance and death,” PEOPLE said.
Baez said in his statement that Casey’s January comments were in line with his “outrageous” and “libelous” claims he made in 2011.
