Summary: A teenage boy snapchatted his friends the photo of a man he supposedly shot in the chest outside a Tennessee IHOP restaurant.
A 16-year-old boy left little doubt of his innocence after sending a Snapchat photo to multiple people of a dead man. Sebastian Vaughn claimed in the message, ‘I just killed a motherf****r 10 minutes ago.” He has since been arrested and charged with the shooting death of 35-year-old Marlo Williams.
Williams was found dead inside a car in the parking lot of a Tennessee IHOP. The Snapchat image shows Williams slumped in the driver’s seat of a Lexus with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Vaughn has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held in the county’s juvenile detention facility. Since he is a minor, no booking photo or personal information regarding Williams or other suspects will be released. The Memphis Police Department did say that detectives seized the boy’s cell phone and are investigation other family members that they suspect aided the teen suspect.

One of the recipients of the Snapchat message went to police to provide them with the gruesome photo. The father of the recipient reported to WMC Actions News 5 that, “This is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. How stupid, cold blooded, and couldn’t be more damning for the killer.”
Vaughn will remain locked up in juvenile court until his day in court.
