Summary: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg are already setting off on a bumpy road that could turn ugly if Trump is elected.
In an interview with Joan Biskupic, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg elaborated on earlier comments she gave to The Associated Press and The New York Times where she didn’t hold back on dissing the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. He had not so friendly words to follow-up on her comments as well.
“He is a faker,” Ginsburg said. “He had no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. …How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that.”

She is very critical of Trump and how he would run the country. In an interview with the Times she said, “I can’t imagine what this place would be – I can’t imagine what the country would be – with Donald Trump as our president.”
Trump’s response – resign. He took to Twitter to give his piece of mind “Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me. Her mind is shot – resign!”

Critics have also noted that her comments may have been inappropriate with most justice’s refraining from making such politically charged remarks.
