Website Celeb Jihad had published a photograph of Emma Watson’s nipples, which resulted in the Harry Potter actress threatening to sue, according to The Inquistr.

The photo is a private image that was leaked on the racy celeb website, and in the picture, the actress is wearing a sheer shirt and no bra. TMZ broke the news that Watson’s lawyers sent the website a cease and desist letter, stating that she owned the photo and that Celeb Jihad had violated her copyright.

Celeb Jihad promptly removed the picture, which Watson said was taken by her stylist who gave her the rights to it. It is unclear how Celeb Jihad obtained the picture, but The Inquistr said that the website “apparently couldn’t bear the threat of Miss Watson’s lawyers.”

However, Celeb Jihad has replaced the offending photograph with another Watson pic of her wearing a sheer shirt with her nipples showing.

In a September 2nd post, Celeb Jihad wrote, “There is no word yet on whether Emma had her legal team attacked this holy Islamic celebrity gossip site to protect her reputation as a supposed “good girl”, or simply because her boobies are so d*mn c*ck-eyed.”

Watson is an outspoken feminist who has been the face of the United Nation’s campaign “HeForShe” since July 2014. In March of 2015, she spoke publicly on the U.N. Facebook page about how a 4Chan user had threatened to release nude photographs of her that year, and how that incident angered her.

“This is a real thing that’s happening now, women are receiving threats. I was raging, it made me so angry, I was like, this is why I have to be doing this. If anything, if they were trying to put me off it, it did the opposite,” Watson said.
