Porn Actress Pleas Guilty to Child Abuse

Summary: After supplying underage girls to a drug- and alcohol-filled sex party, porn star Bianca Byndloss made a plea deal to lesser felony counts including child abuse.

A 21-year-old porn star was facing multiple felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child and promoting sexual performance of a child but was able to arrange a plea deal. Bianca Byndloss ended up pleaded guilty reduced felony counts, including child abuse for her role in an underage sex party at a male acquaintances house in Miami. She was sentenced to 10 years of probation.The drug- and alcohol-fueled sex party included three young girls, the oldest was just 14.

Byndloss describes herself as a “porn diva” and has completed several X-rated videos under her porn names “Bianca B,” “Marsha May,” and “Bibi Miami.” She was employed as an adult porn star at the time of her arrest. Following her arrest, Byndloss said on Twitter, “I hope this doesn’t interfere with my dreams but only time will tell.”

The Circuit Court hearing also resulted in a fine of $754. A second female accomplice, a 21-year-old, was sentenced to five years’ probation. The two male accomplices were 18 at the time of the party struck similar plea deals earlier in the year and were also sentenced to 10 years’ probation.

The police allege that Byndloss and the codefendants “engaged in sexual acts” with the underage victims who happened to be 14, 13, and 12. She was the one to transport the girls to the party where they drank vodka and gin, took Xanax, and had sex.

The 13-year-old victim told police, “Everyone pretty much had sex with everyone.” The 12-year-old added, “Everyone was taking pictures and recording the sex acts with their cell phones.” Some of the video footage recovered shows the 12-year-old “digitally penetrating” Byndloss’s vagina. A photo uploaded to Byndloss’s Instagram page shows her naked posing with the 14-year-old, who is wearing a bikini top.

One of the victims also told police that they had partied at a Miami Beach hotel where Byndloss and one of the male codefendants had sex with the 12-year-old in the bathroom.

Byndloss has not taken to social media since making the plea. Her Twitter account has 107,000 followers plus she has a blog and Tumblr page all filled with explicit photos. Her Twitter account details her as an “18+ xxx pornstar entrepreneur. Miami. Bisexual Spoil me;).” There is a link to her Amazon wishlist of over 300 items, including cosmetics, shoes, jewelry, bondage gear, electronics, a 36-pack of assorted Pringles potato chips, and of course lingerie. Her Amazon page thanks her admirers, “im so grateful for the gifts i receive.”
