Summary: A Sheriff’s deputy from Harris County was found to be the source of a posted video of him engaging in sex with a dog.
After an obscene video was discovered on a Harris County Sheriff’s Office computer, an investigation determined the source and subject of the video was one of their own deputy’s. Harris County Sheriff deputy Andrew C. Sustaita Jr. was fired and arrested for having sex with a small dog.
Sustaita, a six year veteran, was identified by the High Tech Crime Unit as the individual producing the obscene material in Harris County. The investigation found that the account belonging to Sustaita has been producing and posting the videos of him having sex with a small dog online for some time.
While the Sheriff’s Office did not want to provide the details of Sustaita’s arrest, the District Attorney’s Office had no problem. Spokesman Dan Schiller said, “The allegation involves production of obscene material that includes sexual contact with a dog.”
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez vowed to hold Sustaita accountable for his actions. He said, “The possession of obscene and illicit material is made even more troubling when a Sheriff’s Office employee is found to be involved. Every resource of this office will be dedicated to protecting the public and holding employees accountable for wrongdoing.”

Sustaita was charged with a felony obscenity count for posting the video of him engaging in sex with the dog. He has been described as a hard worker by his father and an honorable and committed family man by another source close to him.
