Summary: A couple in Pennsylvania were caught having sex in the front seat of their car while two small children sat in the back seat.
A Pennsylvania couple couldn’t keep it in their pants long enough to drive home. The couple were caught Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of a busy outlet mall having sex in their car with children in the backseat. Pennsylvania State Police were notified by 911 by a passerby of “two people were having sexual intercourse” in a parked car near Gettysburg.
A state trooper responded to the call to find Torrey Rudisill, 28, and Taylor Skursky, 26, in the front seat of a black Honda Accord around 12:30 pm having sex. He discovered two young children in the rear passenger seat during their escapade.
Skursky and Rudisill are facing disorderly conduct charges. Rudisill was arrested because he is currently part of a prison work release program.
Not only was the couple nabbed for disorderly conduct but they are also going to have to deal with family services. Representatives from the child welfare agency were called to the scene “to assess the children.” The exact relationship between the children and the couple is unknown.
Rudisill has a lengthy rap sheet, including convictions for careless driving, theft, harassment, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. He has had his probation revoked on several occasions with the most recent landing him back in York County jail, which is the same place where his work release program is monitored.
Skursky pleaded guilty to retail theft last year and was ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $542.
If the couple is the children’s parents, do you think they should be allowed to stay with them? Tell us in the comments below.
