So you want to lose some weight, get a little more in shape, or start working out, but for some reason or other you can’t make it to the gym. Maybe you’re new to exercising and don’t want to work out in front of anyone else, maybe you live far away from an available gym, or maybe you travel so much for work that you need something you can do in a hotel room with Wi-Fi since a gym membership is a waste for you.

As much as some people love the environment of the gym, during certain days or even seasons of our lives, it’s just too hard to make the commute there and back. In these cases, at home workouts can be a great alternative option.
