Jared Kushner

Summary: The president’s senior adviser and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, received an open letter from his NYU classmates begging for his help in protecting the country for Trump’s policies.

The New York University School of Law’s Class of 2007 sent an open letter on December 16 to their fellow classmate. The letter was sent to Donald Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, a fellow NYU law grad.

The letter reads, “Dear Jared, We, your classmates from NYU School of Law’s Class of 2007, have serious concerns regarding Mr. Trump’s stated priorities and policy proposals. We have never known you to be anything less than intelligent and thoughtful. You have donated incredibly generously to the Law School that nurtured and educated us all.”

Kushner is a listed as a real estate investor and developer, publisher and the senior adviser to the President. He was raised in an Orthodox Jewish family with direct ties to Holocaust survivors. His grandmother was a Jewish refugee, a fact which the NYU grads use to try and convince Kushner of their point.

The letter continues by stating that Syrian children, women, LGBTQ, undocumented persons, people of color, and the national parks, forests and monuments rely on his compassion and influence on the president to be protected.
