Summary: JD Journal has identified the best IP Litigation boutiques in Silicon Valley.
Note: These are BCG Attorney Search’s favorite IP litigation boutiques in Silicon Valley.
Silicon Valley is home to tech giants Facebook and Google; and it’s also a hub for startups, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to get rich and change the world. With technology being big business, the protection of ideas is important in the area. For instance, a piece of code can result in a product or company being worth multi-millions of dollars, and former employers or employees aren’t afraid to fight for their piece of the pie. Just ask Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. He has already been ordered by the courts to give away millions to plaintiffs such as the Winklevoss Twins and now ZeniMax Media in intellectual property lawsuits.
Tech’s reliance on the protection of originality and innovation means that Intellectual Property Litigation is a hot practice area in Silicon Valley. Because of this, JD Journal has compiled a list of the Top IP Litigation firms in the affluent area, and the law firms are ranked below by size.
