The firm was founded in 1997 by attorneys Paul Yetter and David Warden, who were both previously former partners at a corporate law firm. Their practice expanded over the years, and in 2007, Greg Coleman joined the firm, bringing with him a group of talented appellate lawyers. In 2016, the firm welcomed commercial trial lawyer Tim McConn, who focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants in the oil and gas industry.
In addition to the attorneys listed above, Reagan Simpson and Charlier Parker joined Yetter Coleman in 2011 as partners; and both brought extensive appellate and trial experience.
Some of Yetter and Coleman’s clients include American Airlines and Phillips 66.
The firm has been honored by The National Law Journal and Texas Lawyer for its litigation practice, and its attorneys have also received individual awards. For instance, in 2016, Yetter was named “Attorney of the Year” by Texas Lawyer, and Parker was deemed one of the top 50 “Lions of the Texas Bar” by The Texas Lawbook.
