Summary: The planned threesome at a New York casino turned into a disorderly fight when the two female parties argued over the addition of a fourth person.
A Massachusetts couple arranged a threesome with a young woman they met at the Rivers Casino and Resort in Schenectady. An argument arose when someone in the party suggested growing the threesome to a foursome.
The dispute over whether an additional person could join the party happened early Sunday morning at the casino in New York. The women first started bickering over the idea at Duke’s Chophouse, a restaurant located off the casino’s gaming floor. It is unknown who introduced the idea of a foursome and if the additional person was a male or female.
Police allege that the fight started when 21-year-old Judy Maxwell threw a drinking glass when arguing with Elizabeth Araiza, 49. Cops arrived to settle the dispute, but Araiza was not going to go quietly. She refused to get up from the floor after being handcuffed. Once police got her to her feet, her husband, Dmitri Houff (62), tried to block the officers “as they were attempting to escort his wife out of the casino.”
The women were charged with disorderly conduct. The married couple, Araiza and Houff, were charged with obstruction of governmental administration.
The Rivers Casino and Resort opened just a couple weeks ago on February 8, costing $330 million. The development features a 165-room hotel and 1142 slot machines on the 50,000-square-foot gaming floor.
