An arrest warrant has been issued for a judge on a South Carolina woman that assaulted her ex-boyfriend. Police allege that 30-year-old Kelly Godfrey assaulted the 34-year-old man, “yelling profanities and throwing sex toys around” his home.
Godfrey allegedly showed up at the home of her former lover in Spartanburg uninvited. They had lived together for about five months in the residence. The victim asked his ex to leave but Godfrey “started yelling profanities and throwing sex toys around the residence.” Another person at the house told police that she was screaming “fags and dildos!” and that he “tried to get Ms. Godfrey to calm down and not yell about dildos” because there were two young children present.
Instead Godfrey struck the victim in the face, shoving him around the home. Once police arrived, she had already left so the judge issued an arrest warrant for domestic violence. Godfrey already has two other pending domestic violence cases of which she is free on bond.
Police records do not indicate if anyone was struck by the sex toys that she was tossing around.
