Summary: An animal shelter worker from Louisiana was recorded having sex with another worker’s dog.
A Shreveport, Louisiana woman was arrested for crimes against nature. Celina Ann Cabrera, 24, was an employee at the Caddo Parish Animal Shelter. Another CPAS employee was accused of recording the sexual act on video.
Cabrera was released on bond after being arrested Friday following a police investigation. The police received reports that she had sex with a dog and that the act was recorded. The other CPAS employee arrested was 41-year-old Booker Talioterro Thomas Jr. He was charged with principal to crimes against nature. The Shreveport City Jail booking report states that Thomas recorded Cabrera having sex with his dog.
Caddo Parish Public Information Officer Krystle Grindley said on Monday that Cabrera was put on administrative leave the moment the commission found out about her arrest. However, they now say that Cabrera has been on administrative leave since the middle of February. Grindley would not explain the reason as to why she has been on leave for so long, citing personnel privacy issues.
The type of dog involved in the sex acts is unknown.
