Who can put a limit on love? One Texas man certainly isn’t about to, even if that love is found in a chain link fence. Eliodoro Estala may have found some satisfaction from the fence but he also found himself with an indecent exposure charge.
While Estala was enjoying his time with the fence, a neighbor witnessed the naked 32-year-old’s act of love. Diana Vazquez reported him “having sex with a fence” that separates their Austin properties. She told police that she first noticed him urinating on the fence at roughly 11:30 in the morning. When Estala saw her watching him with her cell phone, he “took off his clothes.”
Estala proceeded to “put his mouth inside the chain link fence and stuck his tongue out moving it up and down.” She noted that it appeared he “was demonstrating a sexual act.” He then stuck “his erected penis into the chain link fence” and had “sex with the fence.” She was able to show police photos and video of Estala taking advantage of the fence.
Estala appeared intoxicated in the video, claiming that the event never happened because he never left his apartment. With Vazquez’s evidence, there is no denying the fact that Estala performed the acts. He was arrested for the misdemeanor indecent exposure charge. He was released on a personal recognizance bond after being booked into the county jail.
