Porn star Montana Fishburne is in trouble again. The daughter of classical actor Laurence Fishburne was arrested last weekend in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was charged with three counts of driving under the influence, People reports.
According to local police, Montana, 25, allegedly slammed into one car and then slowed down to avoid smashing into another. When she was pulled over by Florida Highway Patrol, they claimed that there was a purple liquid that smelled like alcohol “splashed” on her two front seats.
Police said that Montana was unable to stay still and “was making incoherent statements.” She even allegedly gave the cop a different name from what was written on her driver’s license. The officer who wrote the police report said that he could smell alcohol on her breath and that her speech was slurred.
Montana failed two breathalyzers before she was taken into custody. She was charged with DUI for alcohol or drugs, DUI over .15, and DUI with damage to property or person. She paid $2,500 in bail and was released hours later.
Laurence Fishburne, 55, is an acclaimed actor who has starred in such movies as Boyz in the Hood and Othello. He has two children with his first wife, Langston and Montana, and in 2010, Montana shocked the family when she made a pornography video.
Montana said at the time that she wanted a career like Kim Kardashian, whose sex tape with rapper Ray J shot her into superstardom. However, Montana’s porn tape fizzled, and she has found herself on the wrong side of the law multiple times.
