On Friday, German nanny Lorraine Gilles filed a defamation lawsuit against her former employer, Mel B, according to People. Gilles’ lawsuit was a direct response to the claims Mel B made about her in the singer’s divorce filings. These shocking claims include that Gilles had been having an affair with Belafonte and had aborted his baby.

“Gilles’ sexual and employment relationship with Brown continued for approximately seven years,” Gilles’ lawsuit said. “The couple had sex sporadically, sometimes having sex multiple times in a week and at other times going months without sex.”

Gilles said that the former Spice Girls lied about the Giles-Belafonte affair because she wanted a restraining order against Belafonte, who Mel B said was emotionally and physically abusive. Gilles said that in fact, she and Mel B were the ones sleeping together and that Belafonte’s role was to either be a part of a threesome or film the lesbian action.

As evidence of Mel B and Gilles’ romance and friendship, Gilles provided photographs of the two women appearing intimate but not in a sexual manner. For instance, she included a photo of Mel B kissing her neck and the two of them in bikinis while at the beach. Gilles said that she was 18-years-old when Mel B seduced her with money and fame, and Gilles said that in addition to having an intense sexual relationship, Mel B offered her a paid nanny job.

Gilles said that in Mel B’s divorce filings Gilles was unfairly portrayed as a “homewrecker” and a “prostitute,” but Gilles said that she and Mel B were in a relationship and that no money was exchanged except for what she was paid as a nanny. In Mel B’s divorce filings, Mel B said that Belafonte showered the young nanny with up to $300,000.

Mel B also said that Belafonte impregnated the blonde caretaker and then paid for Gilles’ abortion with Mel B’s money. Gilles denies these claims. The German said that she was in fact pregnant at one time, but it was with a one-night stand. Gilles said that she obtained an abortion and disclosed that information to Mel B, her lover and confidante.
