Often people set goals or resolutions and then never end up following up with them. What’s the point? Why do we set them in the first place? All we really want is to be happy, and many of us believe that changing certain parts of our lives, like our weight or our dating life, will make us happier. But what if we made happiness the goal, and let everything else fall into place? To get you started on making a conscious effort to have a positive attitude and find more joy this year, here are 18 ways to improve your happiness.
