Summary: Brandi Glanville asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit that claims she slandered Joanna Krupa.

The Real Housewives are known for being dramatic, but sometimes they can be flat out vicious! Take Brandi Glanville, for instance. The former wife of actor Eddie Cibrian once said on live TV that reality star Joanna Krupa’s “p-ssy smelled” and that catty insult has resulted in a boxy legal battle for the two blondes.

In 2013, Glanville, now 44, said on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live that Joanna Krupa had an affair with Mohamed Hadid and that her “p-ssy smelled.” In 2015, Krupa filed a defamation lawsuit against Granville and sought undisclosed punitive damages, saying that Glanville’s comments hurt her image so badly that she could not find work in the entertainment industry.

On July 24, Glanville asked a judge to toss the lawsuit, according to Radar Online. She said that since Krupa failed to share her gynecological records to prove her nether regions were clean that Krupa did not have a case. Glanville’s main defense in this suit was that she was speaking truthfully.

A judge had ordered Krupa, 38, to release her medical records from 2000 to 2005, and the blonde stunner refused. Considering how much scrutiny the case has received from the tabloids and just how embarrassing the details could be, it makes sense that Krupa would withhold the information. But without it, she cannot prove that Glanville had lied about the stink.

In Glanville’s filing, she said that Grupa had six months to provide her medical records and failed to. She also said that Grupa and she had continued to butt heads this past year, proving that Real Housewives are women who hold long grudges.

Glanville is a cast member on Bravo’s hit Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and she owns a store in the neighborhood. Krupa is a Polish-American model who starred in Real Housewives of Miami, which was canceled after three seasons.

Glanville said that Krupa and Hadid, who is the father of models Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid, had an affair while Hadid was still married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster. After Glanville spilled the tea in 2013, she wrote on Twitter that she had apologized but was upset she was still being sued.

“When sorry isn’t enough & you sue 4 defamation of character shouldn’t that person have to prove they had character in the 1st place?” Glanville tweeted at the time.

Before Glanville’s request for dismissal, she told TMZ that Bravo had a clause in all the reality stars’ contracts that they could not sue each other. According to TMZ, “She insists being on the show means dealing with “the good, the bad and the ugly that comes along with it.”

What do you think of Joanna Krupa’s “smelly p-ussy” lawsuit?
