Summer has proved to be an interesting time for the legal industry. The market has remained steady with a few surprises in some regions of practice areas picking up steam or completely drying out. Litigation, Corporate, Real Estate, and Labor & Employment tend to be the most common top practice areas. Bankruptcy is still pretty much non-existent.
