Herpes Lawsuit: Woman Claims She Has Sex Tape with Usher

Summary: A woman who claims Usher exposed her to herpes said that she has a sex tape to prove their relationship.

The case against allegedly herpes-infested Usher is getting nastier. One of his accusers, Quantasiaa Sharpton, said that she has a sex tape, proving that they had a hotel romp; and she said that during their time together he had exposed her to the STD, according to New York Daily News.

Sharpton appeared on the Youtube show hosted by Miss Jacob Kohinoor, and she said that she had recorded her rendezvous with The Voice judge. Sharpton, 21, said Usher, 38, knew she was recording them; and she said there was also hotel surveillance video that also proved they had been together.

Sharpton so far is the only accuser to step forward publicly and accuse Usher of exposing her to herpes. Earlier this year, Radar Online broke the news that Usher had settled for $1.1 million with a stylist after allegedly giving her the disease, and since then two women and a man have sued him for the same thing.

“[Usher] Raymond was a revered celebrity in their eyes who they believed could be loved and trusted,” the lawsuit said. “Each plaintiff realizes that his or her consent was obtained under false pretenses and/or by Raymond’s lie by omission, causing them severe emotional distress.”

Sharpton has said she was exposed but not infected, but the other woman, who originally filed a $10 million claim, upped her ask to $20 million after she discovered she was a herpes carrier.

The three new accusers are being represented by attorney Lisa Bloom, who has tweeted that exposing someone to an STD without informing them is a crime. Sharpton said on Youtube that Bloom plans to subpoena the hotel for the footage, showing Usher was there on the night that Sharpton claims they had sex.

According to TMZ, eyewitnesses were able to place Usher and Sharpton together at the hotel. One former Days Inn employee said she spotted the singer in the lobby, where he met Sharpton and then followed her up to her room. Usher denied this story to TMZ. 

In early August, Sharpton gave a press conference where she said she would never have had sex with Usher if she had known he was infected.

“When I first heard he had herpes I couldn’t believe it…I would have never consented if I had known,” Sharpton said.

Sharpton is claiming mental anguish from the possibility of getting herpes even though she said she is clear of the disease.

Usher is married to Grace Miguel, and he reportedly has a net worth of $180 million. The singer has had such hits as “You Make Me Wanna,” “Confessions,” and “Yeah;” and he also owns a record company that has signed big acts like Justin Bieber.
