Summary: Mel B said her husband helped their nanny stay in the country so that he could sleep with her on the side.
Mel B is doubling down on her claims that her estranged husband had an affair with the nanny on her dime, and in a new filing, she claims that her man even engineered a fake marriage so that the nanny could stay in this country.
According to TMZ, Mel B said that Stephen Belafonte, her husband, had an affair with their sexy German nanny, Lorraine Gilles. Mel B said that Belafonte not only got her pregnant but also arranged a phony marriage to Michael Bleau so that Gilles could get a green card.
Gilles has already filed a defamation suit in response to Mel B’s previous accusation that Gilles was a homewrecker who got an abortion. The ex-nanny said that she and Mel B were actually in a relationship and they’d have threesomes with Belafonte but that Gilles would never bone the music producer on her own.
But Mel B believes that Gilles and Belafonte were carrying on a sordid affair behind her back, and she provided evidence that Gilles was lying in her defamation lawsuit. In recently filed legal docs, Mel B included a deposition from Gilles in which she admitted to having sex with Mel B’s husband alone at least 10 or 15 times.

In the deposition, Gilles admitted to having sex alone with Belafonte at least twice around the time she got pregnant. Gilles denied that the baby was Belafonte’s, but Mel B’s provided deposition appears to show that might not be true.
The nanny was from Germany, but she was allowed to stay in the country after she married Michael Bleau. Mel B said that their marriage was a ploy to keep the sexy help in the United States. Mel B said that Bleau had admitted to buying the engagement ring for Gilles on eBay for $30, and she said that the couple never posted a picture of their engagement on social media.
While Mel B’s sham marriage claim can be damaging on its own, she also showed that Gilles admitted in her deposition to using cocaine. Immigration officials can deny visas to people who use illegal drugs, and there is a chance to Gilles could be deported for the crime. Gilles said that Mel B provided her the drugs.
Adding more to the scandal, Mel B said that Belafonte and Gilles tried to blackmail her with the threat of releasing sex tapes. Turns out, those sex tapes do exist. In the nanny’s depo, she admitted to having them and watching them as recently as July 2016 on Mel B’s husband’s laptop.
Besides all the sex talk, Mel B said that the nanny’s husband was a criminal and that she was tricked into investing in his business. She said that Bleau was arrested for a sex crime and convicted of felony false imprisonment and that she was not told this when Belafonte convinced her to give Bleau $60,000.
Documents obtained by JD Journal appear to show that Mel B’s conviction claim is not accurate. According to the papers, charges against Bleau were dismissed in early 2017.
The divorce proceeding between Mel B and Belafonte has been ugly from the start, and according to New York Daily News, Belafonte wants their trial to be public. In addition to the cheating and fraud, Mel B said that her husband was violent, and he is hoping that a jury will help clear his name.
Mel B had requested the September 25 trial be private for the sake of their children, but Belafonte called that “hypocritical.”
“Essentially, (Brown) had free reign to make all manner of false allegations and besmirch (Belafonte) to her heart’s content and now seeks to seal the record before (he) presents his evidence and his defense at the time of the upcoming trial,” Belafonte’s filing said.
