Summary: A Wi-Fi security system picked up images of a woman’s landlord inside her bedroom masturbating onto her dirty clothes.
When are landlords going to learn that people have security systems, even inside their homes? The latest landlord to be caught in a vile act in their tenant’s home apparently did not heed this fact. A Pennsylvania man was caught sneaking into a tenant’s apartment and masturbating on the female tenant’s clothing.
The vile act was caught on a motion-activated security camera kept inside the apartment. The landlord, Thomas Fallon, 67, can be seen entering the residence and then masturbating on the dirty clothes of the tenant.
According to the criminal complaint obtained by The Smoking Gun, Fallon has been charged with burglary and criminal trespass, both of which are felonies, in addition to criminal mischief for the incident which occurred in the Castle Shannon suburb of Pittsburgh. He is the president of an electrical contracting firm.
Fallon was arrested this month by the Castle Shannon police and scheduled for a December 12 preliminary hearing in the District Court. The tenant shares an address with his company in a separate apartment, according to the criminal complaint.
The tenant explained to police that she purchased a “Wi-Fi enabled security system and placed cameras in her bedroom” because she suspected that “someone had been going through her personal effects, specifically her clothing” for several months.
When the woman received an alert last Friday on her phone that her security system was detecting motion in her bedroom. She immediately contacted the police. In a series of still images, the camera system captured Fallon “in a state of undress” inside her bedroom, according to the police.
In those series of images, all of Fallon can be seen, including “his penis exposed and masturbating into the victim’s soiled clothing which she wore yesterday,” according to the complaint. The woman identified the man in the photos as Fallon, her landlord.
When the police interviewed Fallon, he admitted to entering the woman’s apartment without permission that morning. He claimed he was there to “fix a hot water heater.” He denied entering her bedroom while making any repairs to the hot water heater. Only once presented with evidence to the contrary did Fallon end the interview. An officer showed Fallon ten “photos of him pleasuring himself onto the victim’s clothing.”
This case is similar to one that happened in Colorado. The landlord, in that case, was sentenced to two years in prison for entering the apartment of a married couple in order to have sex with another man in their bed. In this case, one of the men cleaned himself up by using the female victim’s wedding dress.
Fallon was released on a non-monetary bond.
