Summary: A Texas couple had oral sex while at an Austin restaurant before New Years in the sight of other customers.
There’s nothing quite like a New Year celebration without some celebratory sex, right? This is what a Texas couple figured. The couple was eating at a restaurant in Austin when they decided to engage in a little hanky-panky. According to court documents, Jonathan Hightower and Lashanda Fisher engaged in oral sex while at their booth.
The Mexican restaurant, which was filled with people preparing to celebrate the New Year, called the police around 10:25 PM the night of December 30. The manager received complaints from a few customers who had “engaged in oral sex at a booth inside the business in front of customers.” Fisher and Hightower had since left the restaurant and were located at a nearby gas station.

A witness told the police that she saw the “female suspect giving oral sex to the male suspect.” She knew she saw this because she saw the female suspect’s “head bobbing up and down towards the male suspect’s groin for about five minutes.” Another witness noted seeing “the male suspect’s exposed penis as it entered the female suspect’s mouth.”

Both witnesses reported being highly offended by the sexual acts “inside the restaurant where multiple children were present.” A review of the surveillance footage by the police showed “the female suspect’s head descend down towards the male suspect’s groin area.”
Hightower, 31, and Fisher, 28, were charged with public lewdness for their behavior at the Baby Acapulco eatery. The admitted to the police that they were sitting together at the restaurant. If they are convicted on the misdemeanor charge, they each face a maximum of one year behind bars and a $4000 fine.
