Summary: Rapper Travis Scott has pled guilty to disorderly conduct.
Kylie Jenner announced that she had given birth on February 1st, and the father is rapper Travis Scott. While the birth of a new baby is typically a time for joy, Scott has been dealing with some legal issues that are far less fun.
This week, Scott pled guilty to disorderly conduct in a nine-month-old Arkansas case, according to Fox News. Scott was arrested in May 2017 for allegedly inciting a riot at a concert that left some attendees and workers injured. Local police said that the rapper “encouraged people to rush the stage and bypass security protocols to ensure concert goer safety.”
Additionally, the Arkansas Rogers Police Department told People that, “During the rush to the stage several people were injured, including an employee from the security company hired to help monitor and control the crowd, and a member of the police department. The injured subjects were treated at the AMP by members of the Rogers Fire Department and Mercy Medical.”
According to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Scott must also pay $6,825.31 to two people as well as their hundreds of dollars in court costs.
Scott’s attorney Doug Norwood said that Scott had taken a plea deal in January. This means that although he pled guilty to misdemeanors, his charges will eventually be dismissed or expunged.
“They overcharged him,” Norwood said. “They tried to get him for inciting a riot. The video did not show any of that.”

Scott was charged under his real name Jacques Webster. His baby with Jenner was given his real last name as well.
Jenner had kept her pregnancy mostly under wraps, although rumors swirled that the reality star was going to give birth the same year as her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.
On Tuesday, Jenner, 20, revealed that she had in fact been pregnant, and she shared photos of her child on Instagram and revealed her name, Stormi Webster.
“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world,” Jenner said. “I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
Jenner is the half-sister of Kim Kardashian, and her parents are Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner. Jenner grew up in the spotlight as a star of E! Network’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashian,” and she has amassed millions of social media followers and has parlayed that fame into a successful makeup line.
Scott, 25, is a Grammy-nominated rapper who signed a deal with Epic Records in 2o12. A year later, he signed with rapper T.I.’s imprint.
