A porn star who said she was sexually assaulted in 2016 is now suing the popular porn studio which allegedly enabled the incident to occur.
TMZ said that Nikki Benz went public almost two years ago that porn director Tony T. had choked her and stomped on her head during an explicit scene for Brazzers, a popular porn studio.
Benz is suing Brazzers, Tony T, and her costar, Ramon Nomar.
Following the allegation, Brazzers cut ties with Tony T, who Benz said was so violent with her that he had caused her head and breasts to bleed.
“He would film with one hand and choke Benz with the other hand. Nomar stomped on Benz’s head. Between Tony T. and Nomar, Benz was hit, slapped choked and thrown on the ground and against the wall,” Benz’s lawsuit stated.
In her lawsuit filed this week, Benz added that Tony T. had also performed an act similar to waterboarding on her. She had been gagged while water was poured down her throat, causing her to choke.
Benz said that Tony T. had threatened to withhold her salary if she did not record a video of herself saying that she would shoot with the director again in the future. Benz said that she initially refused but gave in because of the money threat.
According to The Wrap, Benz said she was not told what her clothing would be or the nature of the scene prior to the shoot.
Benz is suing for battery, assault, sexual battery, gender violence and other counts. She said in her lawsuit that she never consented for the director to touch her and that she had called out “cut” numerous times to stop the violence against her.
After Tony T was fired by Brazzers following Benz’s accusation, he and Nomar sued Benz and Brazzers for defamation.
“As a proximate result of the above-described actions and publications of all Defendants, Plaintiff has suffered the loss of his reputation, and has sustained shame, mortification, and hurt feelings to his general damage,” Tony T.’s lawsuit said. “As a further proximate result of the above described publication, Plaintiff has suffered injury to his reputation in his business, profession and occupation.”
When Benz had accused Tony T of sexual assault, she tweeted out that she had said “no” and implied that he had filmed a “rape” scene.
“Did you see the part where I said cut, where I said I’m not OK with this? … I said no,” Benz said, “I guess rape scenes are in now, huh?”
Tony T denied Benz’s accusations, and he said in his lawsuit that he has suffered emotional distress.
