Summary: A Massachusetts couple was discovered having sex on the kitchen floor in front of their four young children.
After receiving a call to 911 for an “unknown disturbance,” police officers were called to the home of a Massachusetts couple. Upon arrival at the home and knocking on the front door repeatedly, Springfield Police were let into the home by a seven-year-old boy with visible tears running down his face. They could “hear several children crying and yelling” from inside the home.
The home was that of 29-year-old Adis Negron and her partner Elias Alicea, 39. The couple were found having sex on the kitchen floor in front of their four other children, ages 11, 5, and 3. The naked Negron was on top of Alicea, “who was also naked with his underwear down to his ankles.” The police report indicates that Negron was pregnant at the time of the incident and arrest. The three daughters were “visibly upset crying, sobbing and tears rolling down their faces while looking at their parents actions.”

Once the couple spotted the police, they stopped engaging in their sexual activity. Alicea started screaming and cursing at the officers, telling Negron, “Babe, go put on some f***ing clothes. I don’t want these pigs to look at you.” He then struck two of the officers and was taken down to the ground and handcuffed.

Negron initially denied having sex in front of her kids but later admitted to her actions saying, “Sorry it just happen. We had a lot to drink today.” She also indicated to officers when they informed her that they would be reporting them to child welfare officials that, “Oh, is okay. They know who I am.”

They were arrested for open and gross lewdness. The incident happened nearly a year ago, with the final pretrial hearing being set for late-August. They opted for a jury trial. They are currently free on a personal recognizance bond. They may face up to three years in prison if convicted of the lewdness charge.
