Edward Kramer sued Brian Graden Media and Lipstick, two production companies that created a miniseries about Holloway. Kramer said that they stole his idea and that he had worked for the two companies for over a year without any payment.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Kramer said that Lipstick introduced him to BGM in 2014 to work on the Natalee Holloway project, and his development included research, figuring out how to make the case a miniseries, and creating a pitch for NBC and Oxygen network.

Kramer said that he was never paid for his work and when he asked for money, the two companies gave him the runaround.

In his lawsuit, Kramer wants to block the show from airing. Currently, it is scheduled to go live on Oxygen this week.

The Disappearance of Natalee Holloway promises to reveal new details in the case, Natalee’s father Dave Holloway said in an interview with InTouch. For instance, an eyewitness said that Natalee had choked on her own vomit, which had caused her suspected murderer Joran van der Soot to panic and bury her body with the help of his wealthy father.

Gabriel added that Natalee Holloway’s body was almost found so the van der Soot family hired a man to dig up her corpse and cremate it.

“Twelve years and we still have nothing, until now,” Dave Holloway said to InTouch. “This is the most credible lead I’ve ever seen . . . Justice will be served.”

Natalee Holloway had gone missing in 2005 while on a high school trip to Aruba. She was supposed to fly back home on May 30th, but she had missed her flight.

The teenager was last seen at a bar called Carlos n’ Charlie’s before she allegedly got into a car with Joran van der Sloot and brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, according to Oxygen.

Her disappearance became a huge media story, and authorities attempted to locate her body but it was never found. Joran van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe, and Satish Kalpoe were interviewed by police and later arrested, but the charges never stuck as there was no evidence to pin the crime on them.

In 2007, van der Sloot confessed to murdering Holloway and hiring a friend to bury her body, but he later retracted his story and said that he had sold her into slavery.

In 2010, a business student was murdered in van der Sloot’s hotel room, and he was sentenced to 28 years in prison. Natalee Holloway’s mother said that his second victim had been served justice but that there was still no justice for Natalee.

On January 12, 2012, judge Alan King of Alabama declared Natalee Holloway legally dead.
