TMZ reported that Halloween: Resurrection actress Daisy McCrackin was at home in South Los Angeles with her boyfriend Joseph Capone in May when two men broke into her home and kidnapped them.

The men placed black hoods over McCrackin and Capone’s heads and drove them to a house in Compton where one of the actors was pistol-whipped and stripped naked. The other one was taken to a bank to withdraw ransom money.

Capone was stripped naked and held in a bathtub for 30 hours without given food, according to the Los Angeles district attorney. McCrackin was taken to various banks and forced to withdraw $10,000.

After the ordeal, McCrackin was returned home, and she called the police. The three defendants were promptly arrested and charged with kidnapping, assault with a firearm, grand theft, mayhem, conspiracy and trying to sell methamphetamine.

The meth was found on the defendants, and police said that they intended to move the illegal drug in the future.

Variety reported that the actors were taken to the home of Johntae Jones. The couple were kidnapped by Jones and Keith Stewart, and a third accomplice, Amber Neal, helped take McCrackin around to the banks to get the money.

The terrible threesome also allegedly stole McCrackin’s car, a 2011 Lexus.

Neal is being held on $1 million bail. According to Variety, video captured Neal being arrested in Inglewood, California, and it was uploaded to Twitter and drew heavy criticism from people wondering why an unarmed black woman was being arrested at gunpoint by multiple police officers. The Los Angeles police later responded that the suspect was being arrested for a felony kidnapping charge.

Jones is being held on $3 million bail while Stewart is being held on $2 million bail.

The suspects will face life in prison if convicted. The Los Angeles District Attorney stated they face 17 counts.

McCrackin is best known for her work in the 2002 horror film Halloween: Resurrection. Halloween: Resurrection was the eighth installment of the popular horror series, and it also starred Tyra Banks and Jamie Lee Curtis.

McCrackin has also appeared in 3000 Miles to Graceland and Atlas Shrugged.

The case remains under investigation, and the three are expected to appear in court on July 23rd.
