Jones Day has added intellectual property litigator Mark Finkelstein as a partner in its office in Irvine, Calif. Finkelstein, who is the fifth lateral partner to join Jones Day in California this year, arrives from Latham & Watkins. You can read about the first four California laterals here.
According to a firm press release, Finkelstein specializes in IP disputes including litigating patent infringement matters, copyright infringement, trademark infringement and cybersquatting.
