Bryan Cave bolstered its securities litigation practice with the arrival of two lateral partners and four counsel to its St. Louis office. Joining the firm as partners are Jeffrey J. Kalinowski and Richard H. Kuhlman. The new counsel are Carrie J. Bechtold, Adam S. Hochschild, Jeffrey S. Jamieson and Eric D. Martin.
According to a firm press release, the group joins Bryan Cave’s securities litigation & enforcement and commercial litigation client service groups. The group brings experience in broker-dealer matters, class action litigation and intra-industry disputes. They arrive from Husch Blackwell Sanders and will begin April 1.
Bryan Cave is an international general practice law firm with 25 offices nationwide. The firm was founded in 1873 and has approximately 1,200 attorneys.
