Coming from DLA Piper are David A. Beyer, whose practice focuses on organizing and structuring franchise and other distribution programs, Christian C. Burden, who represents franchisers and handles, among other issues, intellectual property disputes and unfair trade practice claims, and Philip V. Martino, who focuses on commercial bankruptcy litigation.
