Stroock & Stroock & Lavan welcome the addition of Irah H. Donner to their Intellectual Property Practice Group, says MarketWire.  Donner joins the firm’s New York office as a partner and will focus on patent infringement prosecution, tech audits, IP transactional due diligence as well as licensing and lit support for tech and finance companies.  Prior to signing on with Strook, Donner was a partner at Wilmer Hale.
